The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for taking a refreshing dip. The decorations throughout the hotel were tasteful and added a touch of glamour to the ambiance.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and the rain shower, although modern, didn't quite suit my preferences. There were also some minor issues with the bathroom fixtures, such as an irritating sensor tap and a loose loo telephone holder.

This place is simply amazing! The location, right in the Cañaveral's neighborhood, is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The staff here is top-notch, providing excellent customer service and taking care of every detail to ensure an unforgettable experience. The rooms are modern and clean, with all the amenities you could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The spa and wellness center is a great place to relax and unwind, offering a variety of massages and a tranquil sun terrace.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. the staff is friendly and committed to providing great service. the breakfast is good and traditional. Some rooms have lovely views of the surrounding area.

One negative aspect is that the doors to the rooms do not close automatically which could pose a security issue.

There were two really interesting facts offered about the city that I never knew; the location was perfect, easy to get around and walking distance to many attractions. I enjoyed the complimentary hot cocoa offered on Christmas Eve.

My overall experience was not the best. The security was low, anyone could get into the elevator and even ring the room bells in the middle of the night!

My Easter stay was so enjoyable. I loved the two complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby every afternoon, which were perfect after a day of sightseeing in the heart of the city's shopping district. the location was unbeatable and convenient to everything. I especially loved that it was just a short walk to an amazing restaurant scene. the room was spacious, clean, and cozy. the staff was attentive and provided exceptional service.

The air conditioning was very loud and disruptive at night. the hotel's elevator was often overcrowded and slow, which was frustrating when we were in a rush.

Great location with many restaurant options and malls within a 5-minute walk. Clean and modern facilities. Staff provided excellent service despite my lack of Spanish.
